We know the property field almost as well as we know how to navigate the law — We’ve got your back.
Whether you are a first home buyer or an experienced property developer, our Property Team is here to help. Led by Director Hannah Wood, she brings 10+ years of property experience across residential and commercial developments as well as acting for clients in NZTA land acquisitions. She is supported by a skilled team of legal professionals who have been in the industry for just as long. Together, they cover a wide range of property legal work.
For Buyers and Sellers — We understand that this is a stressful time for you and we work hard to minimise the stress and maximise the results by partnering with you to streamline the process. We can advise and guide you from pre-approval with the bank, to choosing the right property, to settlement day.
For Developers — Whether you are developing 2 lots, 100 lots or adjusting a boundary with a neighbour, we work with you and your surveyor and move through the steps to get to title. Whether you're an experienced developer or brand new to the process, we will assist you through the process.
For more information on the steps of a subdivision see our subdivision guide.
