Securing your future in New Zealand is a major life step, but the immigration process can often feel daunting and complex. We’re here to help take the stress out of the process. Whether you are obtaining a work visa for a new job offer, exploring residency pathways, or sponsoring a partner, our specialist team provides the support you need so you can live and work worry-free.
At CS Law, we have experience helping individuals, families, and employers navigate the complexities of immigration law at every stage. With offices in Levin and Wellington, we assist clients across the lower North Island and throughout New Zealand with their applications and immigration needs.
For individuals and families — We understand that dealing with immigration matters can be stressful and disruptive. We can help support you when this happens and ensure that you have professional representation and advice.
For employers — We believe preparation is key. We can help you ensure that your business is prepared and ready so that if accreditation or visa issues do arise, they can be managed efficiently and effectively, while preserving the interests of everyone involved.
Our focus is on pragmatic, cost-effective advice that provides you with clear guidance on the way forward. We know how to prepare strong applications and resolve issues directly with Immigration New Zealand to ensure the best outcome. However, where formal processes are unavoidable, our team has experience with appeals to the Immigration and Protection Tribunal (IPT), Reconsideration requests, and special submissions to the Minister of Immigration.
