Getting Started

This is our standard Enduring Power of Attorney form which will ask a range of questions about you, your attorney and your wishes.

The important things here are knowing your own wishes and what you are comfortable with your attorney doing on your behalf if you were to lose capacity.

If you are not sure about something, you can leave us a note in the box and one of our team will ring to discuss it with you.

Please note that with Enduring Power of Attorney, you do require independent legal advice to sign them. This means once the forms are ready, we will need to organise for you to see either one of our team or a local lawyer.
